Candidate privacy policy

What we collect: your name, email, phone/Zalo, experience, languages, availability, your introduction, and your CV or cover letter if you send them.

Why: only to assess your application, arrange interviews and hire for Almax Invest venues. We never sell or share your details with third parties.

Who sees it: the owner and the managers responsible for hiring at the venue you chose.

How long: up to 12 months from the date you apply, after which it is deleted unless you join us.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@almaxinvest.com. Processing follows Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

We never ask for ID numbers, marital status, religion or a photo.
